Flexi-Home Loan Program is designed to help answer the various levels of financing needs of low and medium segments of the population. The program consists of short, medium and long term arrangements and covers both lot and housing acquisition. It may be secured by the individual borrower directly or through the support of the subdivision developer.

• Purchase of House and Lot
• Lot Purchase with House Construction
• Purchase of Townhouse / Condo Unit
• House Constructions on pre-owned lot
• House renovation / repair house improvement / house expansion
•Refinancing / Takeout with Home improvement
Loanable Amount : Based on capacity to pay and Loanable Value of collateral
Term : 1-10 years (amortization) - or up to 15 years subject to approval)
Interest rate : as low as 9.5% graduated interest rate
Collateral : Real Estate (maximum of 80% loanable)

Qualifications
• At least 21 years old but not exceeding 70 years old at the end of the loan term
• Minimum gross family income of ₱50,000/month or its equivalent in foreign currency
• With stable source of income from employment or business
• Locally Employed: at least 2 years with current company
• Self-Employed: at least 2 consecutive profitable years of operation
•Employed Abroad: 2-3 years consecutive employment. Assignment of Beneficiary as Loan Administrator if not in the Philippines at the time of application
