Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

Manages communications, oversees document traffic, and facilitates the processing of legal and operational documents. Maintains records, monitors supplies, and handles procurement as needed. Coordinates backups, manages documentation for various claims, and ensures compliance with internal audits. Prepares reports on performance, inventory, and compliance, and tracks relevant processes for renewal or extension. Consolidates meeting minutes, prepares regulatory reports, and maintains databases. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Computer literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
• With 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related courses
• Related work experience an advantage
